Hardened X-Stream™ Air Blade™ Air Knife
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The Hardened X-Stream Air Blade™ Air Knife is now available with a special hard coated surface over its Aluminium body for mildly corrosive environments and to address any abrasive contact to the surface.
It is easy to install and maintain. It can reduce both compressed air consumption and noise levels. used to blow off liquid or debris from products as they travel on conveyors.
Priced only slightly above the price of regular anodized Aluminium Nex Flow™ X-Stream™ Air Blade™ these units can sometimes eliminate the need to go to more costly and heavy Stainless Steel units and save hundreds of dollars in cost! As with the regular anodized Aluminium units, the new Hardened X-Stream™ Air Blade™ comes complete with a Stainless Steel shim to set the air gap (most others use cheap plastic which can wear out quickly) and are held together with Stainless Steel screws.
Available in 2”, 3”, 6”, 9”, 12”, 15”, 18”, 24”, 30”, 36”, 42”, 48” and 54” lengths as standard they can also be coupled together using a coupling kit for longer spans. The Nex Flow™ X-Stream™ Air Blade™ has proven to be of high quality, high performance and one of the most quiet, if not “the most quiet” designs on the market for all types of blow-off and cooling applications. Eliminating a row of drilled pipe can save up to 90% of compressed air costs.

X-Stream™ Air-Blade™ units are supplied with air inlet ports to suit either 1/4″ NPT or BSP (metric). Please state preference when ordering. All screws are Stainless Steel. All units are supplied fully assembled with a 0.002″ Stainless Steel shim producing a precise 0.002″ air gap. Additional shims available upon request.

This one piece kit c/w 10 stainless steel screws connects any two Silent X-Stream Air Blade Air Knife of 6” or larger together to make a longer blowoff system to cover greater distances. The units come in three models. Model 10900X gold anodized aluminum for the gold anodized aluminum Silent X-Stream Air Blade Air Knives, Model 10900XHA for the Hard Anodized units, and Model 10900XS stainless for stainless steel models.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The Hardened X-Stream Air Blade™ Air Knife is now available with a special hard coated surface over its Aluminium body for mildly corrosive environments and to address any abrasive contact to the surface.
It is easy to install and maintain. It can reduce both compressed air consumption and noise levels. used to blow off liquid or debris from products as they travel on conveyors.
Priced only slightly above the price of regular anodized Aluminium Nex Flow™ X-Stream™ Air Blade™ these units can sometimes eliminate the need to go to more costly and heavy Stainless Steel units and save hundreds of dollars in cost! As with the regular anodized Aluminium units, the new Hardened X-Stream™ Air Blade™ comes complete with a Stainless Steel shim to set the air gap (most others use cheap plastic which can wear out quickly) and are held together with Stainless Steel screws.
Available in 2”, 3”, 6”, 9”, 12”, 15”, 18”, 24”, 30”, 36”, 42”, 48” and 54” lengths as standard they can also be coupled together using a coupling kit for longer spans. The Nex Flow™ X-Stream™ Air Blade™ has proven to be of high quality, high performance and one of the most quiet, if not “the most quiet” designs on the market for all types of blow-off and cooling applications. Eliminating a row of drilled pipe can save up to 90% of compressed air costs.
